Thanks to everyone who’s been in touch to ask about James Joyce’s “Ulysses”. To set matters straight, we have not made a poster version of Joyce’s masterpiece, as it is still protected by European copyright.
The text is due to enter the public domain in 2012, and meanwhile, the estate of James Joyce is notorious for its aggressive defence of copyright (see here, here and here).
Whilst we were delighted to be featured in Deutsche Bahn’s customer magazine, Mobil, the article was a little misleading on this point. We used “Ulysses” as a proof-of-concept in the early stages of project development, before settling on other titles for actual production.
A little patience though: in 12 months we will review the situation again!
