|You can cancel your contractual declaration within a period of 15 days without giving any reasons, either in text-form (e.g.: letter, fax, e-mail) or, if the item is handed over to you before the set period has expired, by returning the item itself. The period starts with the receipt of this instruction in text-form, but not before the item has been received by the recipient, and for recurring deliveries of the same kind of item, not before the receipt of the first part of the delivery.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is enough to send the cancellation (or return the item) within the set time. The cancellation is to be addressed to:

Consequences of CancellationIn the event of an effective cancellation, all services or payments mutually received are to be refunded, and any possible benefits drawn from these (e.g. interest) are to be restored. If you cannot give back to us all or part of the service or payment provided – or only in a deteriorated state – you will have to compensate us for the respective value accordingly.
This does not apply to the handing over of all items whose deterioration could not be detected through an inspection of the item, as it would have been possible for you in a shop, for instance.
Besides, you can avoid the obligation of value compensation for the deterioration of an item (used according to its intended purpose) by not using it as your own property, and by omitting anything affecting its value.
All items that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. All items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. You have to bear the costs of the return if the item delivered corresponds to the one that was ordered, and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed the amount of 40 Euros.
If the order’s value amounts to more than 40 Euros, we will refund the costs of the return. Any parcels returned ‘unstamped’ unfortunately cannot be accepted by us. For packages from abroad, we do not pay the return postage. All obligations concerning the refunding of payments must be fulfilled within a period of 30 days. For you, this period begins with the dispatching of your cancellation declaration or item – for us, it begins with the receipt of these.
